1. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Meza Homes Services ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

We provide free standard shipping on all orders across the United States.

6. What is your estimated delivery time?

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days

  • Most orders are delivered within 6–10 business days in total.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mezahomesservices.com or through our live chat to receive a full refund.

8. What if my tracking information isn’t updating?

If your tracking details haven’t updated within 24–48 hours after shipment, reach out to our support team. We’ll look into it and provide you with an update.

9. How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, email us at info@mezahomesservices.com or connect with us via live chat. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label.

10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

All our vendors requires notification of concealed damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. All damage to the outside packaging must be noted to the carrier at the time of delivery, please sign for the delivery with the word damaged if you see outside packaging damage.

Reporting of shipping damage must include at least 3 photographs clearly showing the damaged product and shipping container, along with the tracking number for the order.

The box must be opened, and clear evidence of product damage needs to be apparent. Additional photographs and/or videos showing defective products may be required to process a replacement. 

11. Do you charge any restocking fees for returns?

As a reseller, we follow the return policies set by our vendors. Return conditions, including restocking fees and return shipping costs, vary by manufacturer. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
