Return & Refund Policy

At Meza Homes Services we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

This policy applies to both Cookware and kitchen appliances purchased from our store.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Here are some common reasons you might want to make a return, all of which are perfectly acceptable:

1. Manufacturing Defect If your item has a defect, please contact us. Examples include:

  • Appliance not functioning properly
  • Defective components
  • Electrical or operational issues

2. Product Arrived Damaged If your item arrives damaged during shipping (such as scratches, dents, cracks, or visible damage), please notify us immediately so we can assist with a return or replacement.

3. Color Mismatch or Appearance Difference Due to variations in screen displays and lighting, colors or finishes may appear slightly different from images shown online. If the difference is significant, you may request a return.

4. Incorrect Item Received If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will arrange a return and send the correct item.

5. You've Simply Changed Your Mind If you change your mind or the product does not meet your expectations, you may still return the item within the 30-day return period, provided it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Return Cost

All returns are free of any return shipping cost. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label through email once your return is approved. 

We charge Zero Restocking Fee. 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@mezahomesservices.com . Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct item. This ensures a quicker and smoother exchange process.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at info@mezahomesservices.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund. If it has already been shipped, you may return it following our standard return process.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
