Return & Refund Policy

All returns are subject to the following below:

  • Meza Home services reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. In the result of a cancellation, the customer will be refunded immediately.
  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days (dependent on the brand purchased)
  • Any orders that are canceled or refused after the product has shipped out are subject to a restocking fee dependent upon the brand that was purchased.
  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided while checking out and the carrier cannot deliver the package on the given destination and it has to be returned back to the corresponding warehouse, a restocking fee may apply dependent upon the brand that was purchased.
  • Returns will be accepted only for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and have not been installed. 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be in original condition, unused, and uninstalled.
  • All tags must be intact, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Detailed instructions on where and how to send the package

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Manufacturer Return Policies

As a reseller, we follow the return policies set by our vendors. Return conditions, including restocking fees and return shipping costs, vary by manufacturer.

Before purchasing, we recommend reviewing the brand-specific return policy written below to understand any additional costs that may apply.

Return Policy by Brand

Forno: Forno accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery, and you should refuse the shipment if the product arrives damaged. A 30% restocking fee may apply to returns due to customer remorse but the return shipping will be free. Please note that products that have been unboxed or installed are not eligible for return. 

ZLINE Kitchen & Bath: Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and report the damage to us immediately and refuse the delivery. A shipping fee of 5% of the order amount applies for items returned before 30 days. Items returned before 60 days are subject to a 20% restocking & 5% shipping fee.

ZLINE will provide the return labels.

Damage Report

All our vendors requires notification of concealed damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. All damage to the outside packaging must be noted to the carrier at the time of delivery, please sign for the delivery with the word damaged if you see outside packaging damage.

Reporting of shipping damage must include at least 3 photographs clearly showing the damaged product and shipping container, along with the tracking number for the order.

The box must be opened, and clear evidence of product damage needs to be apparent. Additional photographs and/or videos showing defective products may be required to process a replacement. 

Steps to Process a Return or Exchange

If you need to return an item, please submit a request through our Contact Form and provide:

  • Order number
  • Item number of the product you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution – refund or replacement

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Our support team will respond within one business day with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Used and installed items

Refund Processing

Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, check with your bank. If there is still an issue, contact us at info@mezahomesservices.com for further assistance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to return the item, you may do so following our return process.
